Internet Marketing Learning Center

Learn It. Get It. Do It.

A Web site alone is not enough. You need to drive traffic to your site and gain top visibility in search engines to maintain a steady stream of visitors. Web site visitors can lead to clicks and clicks should convert to leads and sales. Internet Marketing affords you a variety of ways to build that traffic and visibility, yet learning how to do it can be a challenge.

Internet Marketing is a big term and a one hour overview isn't going to help you much. Yes, you'll be motivated and inspired to take action steps after attending an Internet Marketing program - I've seen plenty of inspired marketers at every event I've presented at. The challenge is getting started and understanding the value of each strategy.

As small business owners, we have our hands and our calendars full. There seems to be little time to do the one thing we really need to do no matter how many or how few customers we have, no matter how good or bad the ecomony is. You have to market your business and you have to do it within your budget.

Over the past year, I've developed a series of workshops to help business owners decide which tools to use and then learn how to use them. The workshops are 2 hours, focused on one site or strategy only, and can save you hundreds of research hours.

If you'd like to attend a real super focused hands on internet marketing or social media workshop contact me.

Learn It. Get It. Do It.

Spring is a good time to learn!

Upcoming Workshops Include:

Facebook Fan Pages - getting started, building a fan base and more.

How to Use Twitter - it drives blog and Web site traffic. Learn how to do it effectively.

Blogging - What do you write about? How can you manage the time? What's the pay off? Attend this two part workshop to learn how you can blog in less than an hour a day/week.

Keywords - What are they, how to get them and use them? You'll use your keyword phrases in more places than just your Web site. In a group setting we'll discuss how to create a list of 6 to 10 rock solid keyword phrases you can use to improve search engine visibility. Workshop limited to 6 attendees.

Call to Action - A call to what...? If you aren't getting leads from your Web site find out how you may turn that around by creating a call to action, or a reason for someone to contact you. We'll discuss offers, sharing information, email signups and more and will spend at least 30 minutes working on a strong call to action for each participant.

Email Marketing - subject lines, offers, mailing lists and more
