New sessions begin this May in the North Shore area. If you have attended previous hands-on workshops at The Enterprise Center at Salem State College, the SBDC or ETP Internet Marketing Sessions or the hands-on workshops as the Peabody Chamber of Commerce or North Shore Women in Business, and you want to take your knowledge to the next step, join one of the upcoming sessions. You can choose a 2 hour hands-on workshop, a 5 week social media marketing series, or a day long social media boot camp. Also available is 1-2-1 Social Media Coaching and The Web Marketeers Social Media Club. Now you have a variety of options to help you learn and leverage online marketing that will help you generate more leads and grow your business.
Workshop Levels Who Should Attend:
Workshops are set up according to your experience level so that you can learn at a comfortable pace. We use lap tops and a wireless connection during the two hour programs and you will leave each session with the ability to work your social media campaign more efficienty and effectively.
- Beginner Marketeers Series: You have little or no experience with social media, haven't set up accounts or haven't used account you set up previously, you just can't seem to get started or you are confused about where to start. This beginner workshop series while walk you through the basics step-by-step so you can learn the basics of social media without feeling so overwhelmed. If you've attended any of the introductory sessions at The Enterprise Center or the Entrepreneurial Training Program, join these sessions to get establish a solid social media marketing foundation.
- Intermediate Marketeers Series: You have a Twitter account and have tried blogging but you can't quite make the necessary weekly commitment to writing and posting, you don't know what to write about, you're not sure it's all worth your time. We take the basics to the next level and work on creating a dynamic social media plan that will connect all your sites and focus on a primary goal and your primary target audience. If you attended the Peabody Chamber or NSWIB Social Media Series, this is the next for you.
- Power Marketeers Series: You've commited to weekly blog posts, tweet about your posts, may have a Facebook fan page and use LinkedIn but you're not sure you're getting much back for all your effect. This series is for you as we take social media to the a whole different level and learn to work in top performing keywords and measure results. Advanced Power User Workshops will be available Fall 2010.

Introducing The Web Marketeers Club
I've learned that learning how to use the tools is a great help to students, however, once the workshops are done the commitment to participating in Internet marketing and particularly social media marketing drops off. The days fly by and best intentions are postphoned and suddenly you find yourself back where you started. You need the encourage of others and you're fueled by the ideas of others. Ideas such as what to write about, what's newsworthy and interesting. You need more structure to your social and online marketing plans. Well, now you no longer have any excuses!
The Web Marketeers Club is forming now and will take place in a location to be announced based on the number of members. There is a drop in rate rather than a membership fee and during this 1 to 1.5 hour session you'll network with others in the group, exchange ideas and receive group coaching. You can post to your blog, tweet, update your LinkedIn account and have some fun while doing it.
